Navigating These Tough Times for Your Dental Practice.

Navigating These Tough Times for Your Dental Practice.

Here at Stream Dental HR our primary concern is your health, the health of your staff and the health of your patients, not only physically but mentally. These are uncertain times. Things are changing hour by hour, and there is so much out of our control right now and it's leaving us unsure about the future of our business, our patients and our team, and that's a heavy burden that you're carrying. This is having all of us feeling anxious and overwhelmed, and I understand that 100% and feel the exact same way.

I had a pretty big pity party for myself the other day. So it's normal to feel this way right now and it may seem hard to remain positive, but our thoughts and our actions are the only things that we can control right now. Reminding ourselves that tough times are temporary, but the reactive decisions that we make are not. So how we respond to these tough times will determine how we are going to get through this. We've been through hard times before, guys. We're going to get through this too.

As a business owner, you are an entrepreneur and true entrepreneurs find opportunities when everyone else sees problems. You find solutions. So use this time to your advantage. Now is the time to do our deepest and our best work. Get creative, get caught up, get inspired and inspire others. Now is the time to be the example of success and be the leader our team needs us to be right now. So we want to help inspire you and give you the tools and resources so that you can do just that.

We're currently putting together some information and some recommendations that we feel are going to be helpful to you as we do our best to navigate through this changing situation. We want to be able to provide valuable information and resources so that you can use to help improve your business. We're putting together an information session and a Q&A guide that's going to be answering all of those questions that you have right now. We'll also be releasing some videos and some webinars that are going to discuss how you can support your team mentally, how to be a leader, and possibly discuss ideas on how we can prepare to reopen. What to do when working from home. How can we be proactive? We want to help you build a tribe and community where everybody gets together. We're supporting one another so that we can all move forward from this situation.

Remember, diamonds are only lumps of coal that stuck at it no matter how much heat or pressure was put on them. We, our team, our business, we can all become diamonds from this.

If you guys have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at info@streamdentalhr.com and we're going to do our very best to answer those questions and help you through this changing environment. We are here to help you.

      To your health and success!
