Information That We Collect
Your personal information is collected in order for us to provide you with the best possible job opportunities, job applicants and excellent customer service. This information is gathered from various sources including our website, job boards, when you call/email us or communicate with us via social media, email opt-ins, creating of customer accounts, accessing our site or products. When you apply for a job through our website or job boards, the information supplied becomes part of our database.
In addition to your contact details, your resume, cover letter, and a description of the type of work you are looking for all become part of our file. Our file may also include educational records, reference letters and our interview notes gathered during phone screening and interviews conducted.

Depending on how Users/Members use the Website, we may ask Users/Members to share personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") with us. Whether you choose to share their Personal Information is completely up to you, but you must keep in mind that you may not be able to access some of the areas of the Website as effectively and fully use the services we offer on the Website without sharing adequate Personal Information. Personal information will be used for only those purposes to which the individual has consented with the following exceptions, as permitted under PIPEDA and The Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. §§41-58) (FTC Act) of United States. Personal Information includes any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the Users. If you submit the information about another person, you ensure that it is accurate and in good faith.
Below are some of the situations wherein Users Personal Information is collected:
I. Account Information. Users may register on Website and share their standard contact information. In addition, we may collect and store any personal information you provide while using our Service or in some other manner. This may include identifying information, such as your name, address, email address verification and telephone number, birth date, city, gender; other kinds of identifying information.
II. Once you are selected for the formal interview, the employer may ask you to share your professional resume with them which has to be uploaded to the website etc;
III. While posting Job we may ask you your Job Title, Job Location, Job Type, Job Description Company Name, Company URL, Company Logo, Additional Application Instructions and Contact Email;
IV. We may collect Users/Members email address to send them account confirmations, notifications for alerts, and to provide services to Users in connection with the Website. Subject to Users consent, we may also send to Users promotional emails, such as monthly newsletters regarding the properties and new service offerings; and
V. We also collect Users Personal Information for administrative purposes, such as addressing account and troubleshooting Website issues, investigating abuse on the Website, responding to User inquiries and enforcing and Website lying our Terms and Conditions of Service.
VI. Payment Data: If you purchase a Company product or service, we collect certain data about your purchase as necessary to process your request. You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our third-party payment processing partners, including your name, credit card number, security code, expiration date, billing address, and postal/zip code. For your security, the Company does not have access to or store sensitive cardholder data, such as full credit card numbers or card authentication data.
VII. Online Webinars: In order to enroll in one of our online webinars, you must provide certain information like your name and email address so that we can communicate information about attending the online webinar. We collect data regarding which online webinar(s) you enroll in, whether you attend the webinar and if so, for how long, whether you purchased a product during an online webinar, as well as any feedback in the form of responses to surveys and/or chat features that may be enabled for an online webinar. Such online webinars are hosted via third-party platforms, therefore, the collection, use, and sharing of your data will also be subject to the privacy policies and related agreements of that third party.
VIII.Shared Public Content: Our Sites permit you to publicly interact with us and other users, share content, post comments, and ask or answer questions. Such shared content may be publicly viewable by others depending on where it is posted. If such information is shared on a third-party platform, such as a social media site, the collection, use, and sharing of your data will also be subject to the privacy policies and related agreements of that third party.

Quizzes, Forms, Giveaways, Promotions, and Surveys: We may invite you to complete a quiz, form, survey, provide feedback, or participate in a promotion (like a giveaway), either through our Sites or a third-party platform. If you participate, we will collect and store the data you provide us as part of your participation, such as your name and email address and any other requested feedback. Some Site transactions may require us to telephone or text the customer. We will not contact you by telephone without your prior consent.

How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide us:

Stream Dental Website uses IP addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are not used to track a User’s session. This information only helps us determine how often different areas of our Website are visited and the city in which the User is located. We do not link IP address to any information that is personally identifiable.
We may share the Personal Information we collect with our Merchants for enabling you to receive better recommendations for services. The information submitted by users is used only for internal purposes.
However, we may also release Personal Information or other information we collect, if we believe that such action is necessary to:
